Anker Wall Charger with Foldable Plug(40W 2-Port)

Everything I've purchased from Anker I've liked. They seem to always build their products well and for a fair price. They are my %231 go-to for electronics.

All features and benefits of product were as listed in the ads. Price could have been lower for the consumer's sake, but the product is more than sufficient for my needs.

I love Anker products but the descriptions and the headings are always misleading. this is a 40-watt charging block. however, that means each port is 20 watts. when I bought it the description said 40 watts. it did not say two ports at 20 watts.

I bought this to charge my Samsung A03s phone, but the phone is saying the charger is underpowered? I'm using the cable supplied with the phone for what it's worth. Would a bigger cable provide more power?
