They are plastic, but sturdy
I bought a flagpole and the clips that they included were so cheap. I wanted to get something better. Now, these are plastic. They're not metal but they have lasted me several months so far without any problems. For the price I think it's a great value.

Plastic is not real smooth, rough on flag rope. It took some time to smooth out.

cost to much to get they have a minimum fee, there was no way I could cancel the order, rip-off!
