This is the company to buy from and the machine to buy! The customer service is exceptional and immediate, and the product couldn't be better. I put it together pretty easily, can carry it around, and it just does EXACTLY what it says it will. I love it!!!

've found this snow blower to be very good and reliable so far. It has plenty of power to handle the 24-inch clearing width, and the self-propelled drive makes it much easier to maneuver through deeper snow. The LED lights are a nice touch for early morning clearing. Overall, a robust machine that does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Had a problem at first but after making an adjustment runs and blows great. Love it. Great price and customer service.

Semi easy to put together. Started right up for first use. I've used this snow blower 3 times and it works great!

I ordered an Anlibatt .... I never heard of the brand but I figured, if I had a problem I could return it to Walmart... however I received a Bilt Hard, by the way, Walmart won't accept it because it's purchased from a third-party... UGH. The main problem was that it should have never passed inspection... the carburetor wasn't mounted, the bowl was bent, and missing an O ring! 😖 Oh did I mention that the company listed is Weize, but after you order, the name changed to JACK... and when I emailed about the late shipping, I never got a response, even till this day. Be careful consumers... please do what I didn't do.... Research before buying!

If I could give a review of -10,000 that's what the review would be on this product. It's a piece of junk. I had to fight with Walmart to get my money back and to get it shipped back to the manufacturer. It would not move forward. It would not move backwards. The wheel fell off would not go back on. I was able to get the wheel on and then it went forward, but would not stop. I was told by Walmart to take it back to the store. The manager refused to take it and to ship it for me I had to go through FedEx ground and walmart.com several times it took me about 3 weeks to get it finally shipped back to its destination. Do not buy this product. It is absolute junk. The manufacturer eventually refunded me the full price of which time I'm grateful for. When calling customer service with the manufacture, you only get a voicemail. You can not talk to a person and they will not return your call.
