Ann Clark Premium Clear Vanilla Extract

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this vanilla to make a rice pudding. It had a warm yummy scent. It was a bit different having the extract be clear but otherwise, it was like all extracts that I have used before while cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vanilla extract tastes and smells like regular vanilla extract. Since it is clear it gets rid of the slight brown color that sometimes discolors white baked goods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes you need your baked goods to look a certain way. If you need your whipped cream to be super white or want your frosting to not have a brown tinge to it then I would recommend this vanilla extract. However, I was disappointed that this vanilla extract is artificially flavored. I much prefer the real deal. When I first opened the bottle and smelled it I could tell right away that it was artificial. It doesn't have that deep, vanilla smell the real stuff has. The smell is pleasant but it does have that artificial fragrance to it. I made a batch of whipped cream with it and I loved that my whipped cream looked very white however I would sacrifice the color for real vanilla any day. The taste was good and it is a good substitute if you need to use it for coloring purposes.
