Annie's Organic Chewy Granola Bars, Chocolate Chip, 6 Bars, 5.34 oz

I brought these Granola Bars for energizing snacks and for the fact that they didn't contain strange ingredients, I tend to lean more towards ingredients that are minimally processed and not modified or created in a laboratory. The texture of the bar was quite chewy indeed, but a little dry, akin to that of a homemade rice-crispy treat instead of an oatmeal cookie. Nevertheless, the Granola Bars satisfied me, and the combination of oats, sweetness and chocolate were just what I needed for an indulgent snack and energizing boast. The Granola Bars also made good toppings for my frozen smoothie treat. (: Thanks so much for the unique and natural Granola Bars!

Crispy and chewy all in one. Great balance of chocolate chips and oats. It's a grab and go snack I don't feel guilty eating or giving to the kids.

The new recipe does not taste good at all. I usually stock up on boxes because my son eats so many. I've ended up having to toss 3 boxes. Please go back to the old recipe. My son can tell right away which are new based on the size (the new recipe is noticeably smaller than the previous) and the discolorment of the chocolate chips.

The new recipe is AWFUL! We'd have 2-4 of these daily and now trying to finish 1 is torture. Who on your team tried the new recipe and thought they were acceptable to sell and a good substitute for the already existing product?! The box says “Made with goodness”…not anymore! So disappointing!

The new recipe is awful! Why is there grape juice in the ingredients? Not sure if that's what is making it taste odd but I can't take another bite. The old recipe was great! Please change it back!

The new recipe is terrible. My daughter used to eat 2-3 a day and the new one she won't touch. Had to throw out 2 boxes as we had hoped it was just a bad batch. Flavorless and mealy. Chocolate chips are off color and bland. Glad to see I'm not the only one noticing this.

I've been eating these for years and noticed a change of the formula of the granola bars. They are not edible and the taste, texture and look is not the same at all. They have a very dry chalky taste and the chocolate chips are discolored. I used to eat 2 of these a day and now I can't even get a bite down. I bought several boxes to stock up on and sadly I had throw them all in trash. I used to eat two of these a day because they meet my dietary restrictions and food intolerances. Please bring back the old formula ASAP!!

My daughter is an extremely picky eater. But, she loved these bars. She would eat 1 or 2 every day. She tried one of the bars with the new recipe and gagged. I tried a bite to see why she had this reaction and sure enough, they are awful. We had just purchased 3 boxes, which was a complete waste of money. Nobody in our house will eat them because they taste so terrible, so they will have to be thrown away. Very disappointing. We will not be purchasing these again unless the recipe is changed back.

The recipe has changed and not for the better. I saw the box and thought, oh they changed the box. But when I bit into the first granola bar, it was awful! I will not buy these again. They used to be so good. I paid more for them than other granola bars because they were so good. Not anymore. They were extremely disappointing.

I have quite a few dietary restrictions so having these granola bars was a great option for a quick snack. But this new recipe is so awful, it makes it hard to continue buying them. Please bring back the old recipe.
