Anolon 10 x 18 Double Burner Griddle with Nonstick Multi-Purpose Rack

I really like this griddle. I cooked some sausage patties and then some eggs over easy and was surprised at how easy it was to do both at the same time. Everything moved freely on the surface with no sticking. The griddle size was perfect for my center burner, and I was able to use a lower heat than I expected. I am well pleased with this purchase and wish I had found it long before now.

I purchased this to replace my ten year old teflon Anolon griddle. It works like a champ and I love the anodized finish and grill rack!

I bought this 4-6 weeks ago. Cooks great and held shape(stays flat) so far. Extremely nice to have handles that don't get hot. Easy cleanup.

First off I was impressed with how solid the griddle felt without being heavy. It is supposed to be oven safe to 400 degrees so I decided to test it out straight away. I used the rack to cook bacon at 400 in the gas oven even though I wasn't looking forward to the cleanup. It worked great and the bacon came out awesome. I poured the grease off the griddle easily and it was so easy to clean! But racks are always a pain... Nope! Super easy cleanup! Next I used it for chicken quesadillas on the gas burners. No sticking, even the cheese I got on it came right off. I've used it since as a griddle and as a cookie sheet replacement. It's become a go to option for oven and stovetop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Anolon 10 x 18 Double Burner Griddle is a wonderful time saver. Saturday morning, I cooked bacon and scrambled eggs. The removable nonstick multi-purpose rack with paper towels underneath was handy for draining the bacon while I cooked the eggs. Sunday morning, I made pancakes. A plate at a time instead of one pancake at a time. I have tried other griddles before, but none have worked like the Anolon. I have told many people about this Anolon Double Burner Griddle.

We use this griddle at least once a week. For cooking bacon and sausage with pancakes or a fajita dinner. This can handle it all. It goes perfectly over two burners. My back burner is small and front large which works beautifully for putting things on hold or higher heat and cook a griddle full. Large handles make it much easier to lift or turn. I've had this for maybe 9 months and it still looks perfectly and with the nonstick surface cleaning is always a breeze. We absolutely love it!!

This griddle is great. It's not freakishly large or heavy. The two padded handles make it convenient and safe to move. The non-stick surface allows you to cook healthier as you don't need much butter or oil to ensure food doesn't stick. I would definitely purchase this product and other products made by this brand.

Ordered the grey one. Got the bronze one. Doesn't match our set. I'm disappointed, but can't get in contact with anyone to get a replacement. Good products, but apparently the order fulfillment department is dropping the ball.

I bought this to use on a double burner induction cooktop. The cooktop will not activate.
