Anolon Accolade 11 Inch Forged Hard-Anodized Nonstick Square Grill Pan, Moonstone

This is a great pan, especially if you have an induction cooktop. It grills a burger, fish etc. really nicely on the cooktop. Much better than a large saute pan for certain items. Cleans up very easily. Love it.

Great pan, need to put it on the largest induction burner on the stove, otherwise it doesn't heat evenly . But it's a great pan, hard to find induction non stick !

I am able to grill meats on the stove inside successfully now- any fat runs to the outside, allowing for lean preps. Cleans up like a dream as well-

I was so excited to receive this product to review. The Anolon Accolade Forged Hard-Anodized Precision Forge Square Grill Pan is such a beautiful pan and I honestly look forward to using it when making dinner. I often find myself reaching for this pan instead of my regular pans. It feels heavy and expensive when you hold it in your hand and that's not a bad thing! My meals cook so perfectly and slide out of the pan so effortlessly. Meals also cook evenly on this pan which is very important. I was not aware of this brand before reviewing this product but I would most definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys cooking! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I've used it only once so do not have enough information on it. Steaks were a bit tough.
