Anolon Accolade 12.25" Forged Hard-Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan with Lid

This pair of skillets was exactly what i wanted to make frying easier. Both are level on the stove, heat quickly and evenly.The handles are comfortable and the pans light, while cleaning is simple and very easy.

Exactly what I wanted. Great purchase. Good size for all ingredients, does not move all over the ceramic cooktop and super easy to clean.

Excellent pans. Quick to heat and maintain regular temp throughout cooking.

Outperforms thinner skillets. Fast even heating, very controllable on an induction top and easy to clean.

I have 10+ years of experience with my Anolon set of pans. It's only recently that my 12” has started to wear. I attribute that to my husband using cooking spray when asked not to. I have replaced my 12” with a new lidded accolade pan and love it. However I will hide it from my husband. Lol

This pan is the greatest pan I have ever used. It is incredibly gorgeous and well designed. The thick bottom allows perfectly even cooking. The nonstick surface wipes clean without any scrubbing. It is so evenly formed that oil does not pool on the sides.

Early days, have only used frying pan three times and all looks well, non stick seems good, cleans easily and well. Just a shame there is no UK office for Anolon.

It's a great product non stick, heavy gauge pan even cooking, I haven't tried it in the oven as yet. My only issue is that if you use it to long the handle heats up you can't grab it to close to the pan, I cooked something for my wife as she's vegan, once hers was done I cooked my nice peice of pork, so I would say I was cooking with it for about 20 minutes Grabbed the handle to close to the pan and got left with a nice little blister on my left index finger, so please be aware of this when cooking for to long, I've now got an oven mit when cooking for extended periods.. I'm happy with the product except the heated handle issue.

I get one year out of these pans. I just bought my 3rd one. The non stick just doesn't last much longer than a year. I always hand wash, no scrubby sponges, so I take good care. With an induction stovetop, I don't have a big selection to choose from. This pan works wonderful, until things start sticking.
