Food slides right off/no residual smell after wash
Exactly what we were looking for!! For eggs and sofrito only for us, and slides right off, not residual smell after hand washing. Using Avocado or Olive oil only on this. Handle never feels hot. Looking for a larger size now!

Product with integrity
This is my "go to" skillet and perfect for our family of two. I have a larger skillet of this same type and I am impressed with the quality for the reasonable price.

Advance Home vs Accolade
I believe that the thickness does make the heat transfer more evenly. Handle rivets are flush with surface for easier steering. Only improvement needed over the Advance Home is the handle. Seems to be hot to the touch. Overall, I'm a new fan of the Accolade Line.

Ultimate Egg Pan
I have the stainless set set of Anolon for my induction and I love eggs over easy. Stainless steel is not your friend when making eggs over easy...even with a ton of butter or oil. But with this pan no butter or oil is even needed! Perfectly cooked eggs over easy without any mess or sticking ( your eggs will literally slide right out of the pan on to your plate without assistance or breaking)and clean up is a breeze. ❤

Greatest Egg Frying Pan EVER!!!!
My mother-in-law has this pan and I always make eggs with it when I'm over, finally broke down and bought my own. It's my favorite piece in my kitchen!

Have not used the pan yet. Just registered the pan. Replacing a very old Anonlon fry pan that I liked very much.

Best pan! Anolon you need to bring this pan back.
These are the best omelette pans they cook very even. Great heat distrobution. The problem is getting your hands on one.

Very Good Pan
Very well made. Food cooks great, easy to clean, dishwasher safe. Need to be careful not to put hand too far down handle, it tends to get hot. Pan is just a little too shallow than I like, but it works. Price is right!

Handles TOO Hot!
Overall, the pans are very easy to cook & clean. No hot spots or burnt food. However, the handles get extremely hot “to the touch” whether Im cooking on low or medium high heat. Its a shame since I remember a couple of years ago I did not have this problem. Keep an oven mitt handy nearby if you purchase this pan. Great pan for eggs but not for medium or high heat
