Crisper Crisps!
Well worth the money. I'll be using this Crisper often. It worked greeat for my Wings. Also used it for pizza. I love it.

Crisper Heavy Duty Non-Stick Too!
Have to say I was pleasantly suprised with Analon's communication of order and delivery updates - spot on. Also, I am also very satisfied with the quality of this crisper set, it's not a tinny kightweight throw away type of pan. It's heavy duty, well made and all non-stick. Have used it twice for convection baking of bacon and it did a great job with easy hand washing cleanup. Highly recommended.

I have a 3. 5 hybrid saute and 2 8" hybrid fry pans that I love. What type of steel is the 10x15 crisper pan made of? Regular steel or stainless steel?

Great baking but not easiest for all cleaning
This product deserves 5 stars. I docked it because it simply does not provide quite the ease of use I want for one task--oven baking bacon. The baking part if fine but the cleanup is messier than simply relying on aluminum foil in any baking or roasting pan. Of course, if you save bacon fat or view lining a pan with aluminum foil as wasteful, this could be the product for your bacon in the morning.

Not such a good pan
I have this pan without the crisper part. It has rusted so badly I put foil on it to use it. Supposed to have a lifetime guarantee but who's lifetime? No sure who or where to contact about the problem.

Not what i expected
Not happy hard to clean AND IT STAINS REALLY BAD might have been ok for cookies but not for chicken wing cooked them at 350 and grease dripped throw holes and left brown spots that wouldnt clean and had to soak to get it clean very disappointed.Also i used turmeric on my chicken and it turned pan yellow
