Great Quality Bakeware
Great Quality Bakeware! Cannot express how happy I am with my purchase. I bought the 3 piece Bakeware set that came with a Cake Pan and two different sized cookie sheets for a family member as a birthday present and she is thrilled to have decent Bakeware now!

Great product
There are no other cookie sheet that I would use. They bake evenly and my cookies come out great. I wouldn't use any other product. I have their pots and pans and they still look brand new and so easy to clean.

Nice trays, but the handles
Nice trays, but the handles are not quite as insulated as I thought they might me, which was probably too much to ask. And they look very nice. They were bought as a replacement for two very heavy trays that are beginning to rust.

Silicone Handle Cookie Sheets - cookie imprints
Not sure why there are still cookie imprints the very first time I used my new cookie sheets even after hand washing with Dawn. Otherwise I love that my cookies were evenly cooked without dark bottoms by the time golden on top as has happened in the past! Silicone grips are a great idea too; I have pots and pans with handles that do not get hot so am used to not using pot holders and not thinking, got a bad burn once.

Have used our roasting pan for over 10 years now. Initially recieved as a wedding gift, these pans do not quit.

These are my absolute favorite cookie pans
I have a holiday cookie that people just beg for. When I give out the recipe, it has a link to this pan and I stress in the notes that it is important to have the right pan and this is it!

horrible follow up
I would love to leave a good review. Ordered early Dec, still haven't received. Your company and UPS have had an investigation open for 3 weeks. I have used the brand for years, this is the worst service I have seen to date from you.
