Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick Ultimate Pan with Lid, 12-Inch, Gray

I have two of these already and they are the best I have owned ever.

I was first exposed to Analon in 2009 with this pan (or one similar to it). It became time to replace it (yes, 15 yrs later and almost daily use) due to a spousal breakup (he won the pan!). What other pan could I get? There are none better. I use it almost every day, there is nothing you can't cook in it and get GREAT results !

This is a great product. I bought the same size pan I think about 15 years ago and used it for everything. I wore the the poor thing out (but still use it). Not because it was weak, but because I rode it hard and probably abused it beyond the manufacturer's recommendations. My first pan wasn't the bronze line and I more than got my money's worth out of it. I went with the bronze line this time because I will take better care of it and I'm sure will get even more life out of it than my first pan.

This is the best pan I've ever owned! I was using a different 12 inch pan, the Anolon frying pan and it was my go to until now. This pan has higher sides than most pans which really helps with not spilling sauces etc when stirring. I wish every pan was this perfect!

I've been a long-term user of Anolon's 12-inch Covered Ultimate Pan for nearly all my cooking, and it is outstanding. The lid has a long lip and thus there is virtually no grease spatter even with extended high heat. I encountered only one issue in over ten years using Anolon products, and that is both new pans I ordered in early 2026 had minor imperfections in the non-stick finish. There was a smudge is both pans about four inches long, which appeared to be caused by the production process rather than human error in the handling process. The finish wasn't really damaged, it just wasn't perfect. The problem wasn't sufficient to return the pans and they are fine. Even with that minor issue, these pans are the best I've ever used.

Experience with my 12" Covered Ultimate Pan purchase was a real breeze, especially the price. I now find myself checking your web site to see what other offers might pop up. Thanks for a great item.

This skillet was purchased as a replacement for one that we literally wore out. It works just as well as the older one did when it was new 20 years ago.

I really like this pan, it's my second. I like how deep it is, so it's great for when I am stir frying. But it's great for other cooking too. I took away one star because I feel the handle on the cover is too tall. When I store the pan, I turn the cover upside down so it will fit my drawer but then the handle touches the bottom of the pan, and I don't like that. I have another cover with a shorter handle so I use that instead and this cover I have set aside. If you store your pans a different way, then this is not an issue.

It is a beautiful pan. However, I used it for a few times, a small piece of coating came off from the pan! I have been using it carefully. I used silicone spatula and I hand washed it every time.
