Anolon Advanced Home 2 Piece Hard-Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan Set, Bronze

Fantastic buy on these pans. Replaced a 20 year old Anolon pan that got damaged. Very reactive to temperature changes on my high output gas stove which is why I liked the original pan.

Light weight enough to handle and store easily. Great non-stick surface. Word of caution: do not use on high heat as it will warp the bottom so that the side opposite the handle will not make contact with a glass-top stove. (From experience with same/similar product many years ago and a wife that wanted to use high heat for everything. :-) ) So watch your temperature and you will find medium to medium-high heat works just as well with this product. I wouldn't have replaced the ones I had with these if they didn't work well!

Noticeable improvement in my scrambled eggs because the pan heated up more slowly and evenly. My wife's sweet and sour was better than I've ever had it. I don't mind hand washing these pans because of their high quality. I am done with cheaper non-stick pans!

My brother got me the 14" version years ago and it's still in amazing shape. I love it so much and it's been the best one I've ever had. I got one for my friends, who cook average twice a day most days a week. They've loved it. Both they and I have found it amazingly durable (we don't use metal even though it says you can haha). It's always been amazingly easy to clean as well. I can't recommend these enough.

I researched pans and these were highly rated. We love them, nothing sticks, and they are fairly heavy. They are easy to clean, (hand wash). We only had them about a month, but so far we truly like how they cook. They seem to be well made. I have recommended them to others.

I love this product so much I bought them for my daughter after having to use the brand she had. No more campfire eggs at her house anymore . And I really like the handles.

I like that the finish inside is beautiful and it's heavy-weight. I DO NOT like that they sent me the wrong color and both pans have minor defects. The larger isn't quite round, making a lid ill-fitting. The smaller has a fairly serious ding on the edge. I do not think it will impact cooking and enjoying them but they aren't as good quality as my other Analons.

I bought these to replace the exact set I've had for 30+ years. The only disappointing thing is that they don't come with lids like the last ones I bought many years ago. The lids for the old ones don't fit tight so I asume the shape is just a little different on this new style.
