Anolon Advanced Home Hard-Anodized Nonstick Ultimate Pan, 12-Inch, Indigo

A truly non stick pan. We made a move across country and our first one went missing. It was an everyday use for 3 years and cooked like it was brand new every time. It took 6 months but we finally found a supplier. So happy to be cooking with this again.

We purchased a set of Anolon pans a couple of years ago and like them so much we decided to purchase this pan. It has been a pleasure to use. It is very easy to clean and the food slides right out.

I LOVE this pan. The majority of my cookware is Anolon and this pan really helps me when pan frying, making sauces and stir fries and I love the blue color as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE THIS PAN! It's nice and big so you can make a meal in it. The sides come up 3 inches, so you can flip and stir the food without it ending up in the stove. I love the stay-cool rubberized handle, which makes it easy and safe to move the pan without using a pot holder. The lid fits tight and also has a stay-cool handle so you can take the lid on and off during cooking to stir or add ingredients, without burning yourself or needing a potholder. The best part of this pan is the nonstick aspect. it really is nonstick! I made two meals so far and not only does the pan look like it's never been used, but cleanup required a rinse and wipe, because NOTHING stuck to the pan. I highly recommend this 12-inch nonstick pan.

Unbelievable value for the price. A great pan that works well for browning meat, creating stir fry masterpieces, frying chicken, or a hundred other uses. Perfect size and depth. Definitely recommended, and a nice complement to the rest of our Anolon pots and pans.

I bought this to replace an older calphalon pan. It is the perfect size for a family of 4.

I can use metal utensils without scratching it, it is truly non-stick (when you get it hot enough), and they are built very well. This is a nice and big pan. I would consider this to be almost a wok. It is also quite heavy. It is made well, and it's a great pan, but...I really wish it had a handle on the front to grab and hold it. It's quite heavy on its own, then when you add food into it, it's really heavy, and the only place to hold it is the main handle. I wish they would add a handle to the front for this.
