Anolon Advanced Nonstick 2-in-1 Deep Square Grill Pan and Roaster, 11-Inch, Umber

I used my Dutch oven for the first time on Christmas. It was wonderful.

I'm really pleased with my purchase of the 8.25" Hybrid Nonstick Frying Pan; it's fantastic! Its performance in searing meats is outstanding, outperforming all my cast iron pans. Impressed by its quality, we purchased two additional ones for family. Later, I bought an 8.25" version for my son who's into sous-vide cooking, but found it a bit small for our needs. So, I kept the smaller pan and got him another 12" one. The 8.25" pan is ideal for cooking a large single cut of meat or a couple of smaller pieces, whereas the 12" is spacious enough for entire roasts. We've successfully used both sizes for searing various meats, including steaks, roasts, pork tenderloins, fish, and chicken parts.

All of my pots and pans are Anolon brand. I have been a loyal customer for years. When my kids moved away from home, it was tradition for them to get a set of Anolon from Mom as their housewarming gift. The new square Dutch oven is perfect for a large roast or chicken with plenty of room for vegetables. The grill pan is perfect for frying bacon or searing meat. It makes so much sense to use the grill pan as a lid over a glass lid that provides no other benefit. Thank you, Anolon!
