truly non-stick, not to heavy for us elderly with arthritis.

A real step up in my cooking game with this pan. It was worth the upgrade. It sautés nice with even heat. Your oil doesn't wander off to some remote area of the pan. The sear I got on my steak was as good as my iron skillet. It did everything it was advertised to do. I wish I could buy the set, but I'm replacing mine a bit at a time. So far I have this 10 inch with a glass lid, and i accidentally ended up with two 12 inch pans when my mom and I both bought me one at the same time...surprise! I can have all three burners going at the same time, and I'm done in a snap. Investing in cookwear protects your investment in ingredients. happy cooking!

Our new pan is a great addition to our other Anolon pots and pans. Even distributed heat ensures consistent heat throughout the pan which leads to a tastier nicer looking meal. The new coating on the pan is outstanding.

Started off with sauteeing vegetables. Came out nicely, no stick and even heating. I'll probably invest in more.

These pans and pots are the best I ever had. After over 2 years of constant use they look beautiful. There is nothing better than to melt your cheese in these and it slides right out. Clean up is always easy.

This frying pan has been a dream to cook with and clean up is super easy. The handle stays cool and the pan is not too heavy to lift while trying to plate the prepared food.

It's perfect! I use it at least once a day; breakfast, lunch, or supper.

I love this pan. It has a nice heft to it, sautéing is satisfying and it just wipes out. Love it.

I've been searching for a nonstick that heats evenly on coils, and this one does the job. Definitely a great addition, and easy to use and clean. It is extremely heavy though, which shocked me at first! But overall, great. Would buy again.

We bought a new induction cook top. So far, I love that the base - has stayed flat. Will continue to see how this performs.
