Anolon Nouvelle Copper Luxe 11 Piece Induction Compatible Hard-Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set

I have been using this product for past few weeks and this is one of the best cookware in my kitchen collection. This works fine with both induction and gas top . The good part is it's deep and comes with a lid . Oil consumption is less, easy cleaning and doesn't burn food easily . I highly recommend this product

The pans cooks well and looks beautiful. I have never had an an induction stove top and these pans are instantly controlled heating and I'm very confident using them. The only negative thing is that the handles heat up and you need oven gloves to lift the lids to stir.

Used the 24cm Saute pan last night for chicken breast and stir fry veggies... chicken was melt in your mouth tender, lid was great to avoid splatter and keep the chicken juicy. So easy to hand wash. Not to mention an impressive looking range. Very pleased with this cookware :).

Been using for a few years, it cooks wonderfully and is beautiful as well. Just keep the copper clean and avoid dishwasher...

I have used this product a couple of times now and am very impressed. The non-stick surface is wonderful and the food I am preparing feels less greasy when after cooking. Highly Recommend

We've been cooking with these for a month and they are such an upgrade on our previous pans in terms of heat distribution. They feel a really nice weight and premium. The non stick is great and they wash very easily. Would definitely recommend.

The set is well made and great for my induction cooktop. The little pouring angle on the pots are a nice little feature. I would of loved to have in the set 1 more pot between the 3 quart and 8 quart. It would fill the gap in perfectly.

I came across an onyx copper pan by accident in a kitchen store. Loved it so much, that I kept looking online until I located a set. Made the purchase & glad I did!

I received this cookware set a few weeks ago. I have never heard of the Anolon brand before. Right out of the box I noticed how heavy and well made this cookware set is. I love the premium look and also all of the sizes that it comes with. I have used these pots and pans daily. They heat up quickly and evenly. The food does not stick and they are so easy to clean. The kids fit so well and stay in place while cooking. I like the fact that these pots don't smell like dishwashing soap after washing. I would definitely recommend this brand and set to everyone looking for quality cookware. Compared to all of the cookware sets I have bought in the past, this is the best. Purchased this set for our new induction cooktop as our old set wouldn't work with induction. All working great except the small sized saucepan... I've tried a few times and on all the areas and it won't work... the lid will even work on the cooktop but not the saucepan itself! It's been used a couple of times on the old oven while we got the new oven installed (thought they were absolutely great but not so now for induction) so now I'm guessing they won't replace it or help... and the box has been thrown away so do I even bother contacting them! What a waste and I now can't recommend it as not all items do as stated which is work on an induction cooktop. Feeling
