This is the best home use wak I have used, heating quickly and evenly, right size for a family of 4 use. Cleaning is also very easy, when it is new and well maintained. Just don't over heating it, as it has a special coating. It weighs more than average wak, but will get used it.

Copper Stir Fry Skillet
This is my first purchase from this brand. I've bern using it about 4 months now. I love the size. It's perfect for larger group meals. Everything cooks evenly. It is easy to clean and maintain. My only regret is that this skillet did not come with a lid. Hopefully I will have the pleasure of using more of their cookware in the near future.

I can use less oil
I can use less oil cooking on the non-stick surface. The 12-inch skillet is good for Chinese stir fry and Italian pasta dishes without making a mess in cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommended as I have been using it everyday!

So impressed with quality Functionally that I can sear and finish on oven As a single I can cook anything from breakfast to supper super versatile without worrying about spattering
