Analon Nouvelle Luxe Copper cookware is stellar
When we changed from electric to induction cooking, I treated myself to a new set of Analon Nouvelle Luxe cookware. Five years later, I can say that every time I cook with the Analon, I am so pleased with it! The evenness of heating, easy cleaning, and graceful lines make it a joy to use. Recently added another 2.5 qt. saucier because it's so versatile and I needed another for Thanksgiving! Couldn't be happier with this line.

Exactly what we wanted. Anolon is superior. This is our 3rd piece of Anolon. Everything cooks evenly.

Would definitely buy this product again.
Love this pan! Perfect for making just about any type of sauce, heats evenly and nothing sticks. Goes great with my 11 pc. set of Nouvelle Copper.

Versatile addition!
Love the versatility if this pan- it has the depth saucepan and the width of a skillet- so it allows for the cooking of a variety of different dishes that you would usually need different pans for... This is by far my favorite feature!! Other features I liked were, the special bottom that really allows for even heating and how easy it was to clean... I would definitely buy other pots and skillets in this line! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
