Induction cooking
This worked perfectly on our induction range. Everything we have tried has resulted in a great experience. We do have to buy special stainless steel powder for cleaning because they look pretty bad out of the dishwasher.

Beautiful piece! Heavy and bottom
Beautiful piece! Heavy and bottom is nice and thick for even cooking. I will be buying again.

Even heating
Love the even heating and not having to worry about non stick flaking off. This is the first pot we've owned that's stainless steel. Learning curve wasn't bad, IMO. We have a glass top range. It is a little bit heavier than I'm used to, so might not get a whole set like this, but this one does what we need!
