Anolon Nouvelle Copper Stainless Steel 10-Piece Cookware Set

So beautifully designed that it makes me want to cook. The copper bottom helps distribute heat evenly across - rice cooks just perfectly.

Have been purchasing Analon now for about 6/7 years, upgrading as I need new. Love, love, love the Accolade 10 piece set...especially the fry pans! Also purchased the AnalonX fry set and so far love it. Purchased two bakeware sets, one for me and one as a gift...looking forward to using those as it looks as durable as all the other items I have utilized. Have been very pleased with Analon products!

These are hands down the best cookware I have ever owned. Two years ago I purchased the accolade 12" deep fry pan. Although it was pricy for me, I went for it. Two years later it is still working flawlessly. Due to costs I decided to purchase a competitors lifetime foodie set. When after 8 months they started to bubble and flake I did what i should have done the first time. I purchased the Anolon Accolade set! DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!

Very happy with our cookware so far. Using it on a new Bosch induction cooktop, the base cooks very evenly, and gets up to heat very quick when asked of it. It's important to heat and oil the pans properly so food doesn't stick, and not cooking directly from frozen. When used correctly, this cookware set is some of the best I have used.

I bought my set one month ago. My old set was 20 years old and since Covid we are back to cooking at home. They are a solid set. Things don't stick. I choose to was bad hand instead of dishwasher because clean up is so easy. Glad I choose this set.

Pan fried pork loin chops, saute vegies, made gravy all with just a teaspoon olive oil in one pan....back to back....fast! I was pleased as pie! Rinsed clean with soapy sponge in seconds. Feels like it will last for years...I hope so! I only wish they had a huge fry pan....15 or larger round, as I cook for a lot>

This is a good cookware set. The food stains from cooking come off with vinegar. The copper ring around the bottom of the pots becomes darker after cooking and it is necessary to rub it with vinegar to bring back the glow. This must be done on a regular basis after cooking.

So far I love this set. I was nervous at first, switching from non-stick to Stainless, but I got the hang of it. Only negatives, the smallest saucepan, the handle is heavier than the pot, so it doesn't sit when it's empty, it topples over. I haven't used it, because I'm nervous of it toppling over when it has hot contents. Also, the copper ring around the pans has changed colors on some of them after use.

The fact that the box came with a warning about liquid aluminum was a red flag to start. The pan popped and separated on first use, super sketchy. (I had food in it and only heated it on medium heat even) Still have not heard anything from their warranty dept and it's been weeks.

Worst pans ever used…the coating on them is complete trash, used only soft damp cloths and it caused a scratch which has ruined the pan after first use… been cooking 20 years worst product I've see .
