Anolon Nouvelle Copper Stainless Steel Cookware Set, 10-Piece, Silver

Very happy with our cookware so far. Using it on a new Bosch induction cooktop, the base cooks very evenly, and gets up to heat very quick when asked of it. It's important to heat and oil the pans properly so food doesn't stick, and not cooking directly from frozen. When used correctly, this cookware set is some of the best I have used.

I received this cookware set as a gift and I absolutely love it. It cooks very well and it does not stick. It is also very sturdy and slightly heavy. I'm nit sure if they are dishwasher safe because I have opted not to clean them in that manner. 10 out 10 definitely would recommend or buy again.

This set is exactly what I was looking for, it's absolutely beautiful! There is a slight learning curve when switching to stainless steel cookware, but I anticipated that. So far everything I've cooked on them has come out wonderful!

Only had my set of stainless about two weeks and I really like this stuff! They take a bit to come up to temp (who really cares). Consistent stable heat through out the process. Dish washer safe, and they look like brand new upon exit. YEAH!!!! My only complaint would be they are a bit heavy. That 's about my 12" skillet only.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 10 pc Anolon Forged Hard Anodized in Moonstone is great. Love the color and the glass lids. I like looking at my food while I'm cooking. So far so good. Not much sticks to it and heats up fast. It's very easy to clean. Love that I can use metal on them and it won't scratch the pans & pots. Best part it's life time guarantee. So it's definitely a great set for anyone to have. I purchased another set for my sister for Christmas.

These are functional as they are beautiful. The set inspires confidence and helps me produce better meals. Heat is very evenly distributed and it holds very steady as well on a ceramic cooktop. At this price and with the bonus piece, I could not be happier with the value. These ought to last a lifetime. The balance is incredible ans the way the sides flare out, they pour easily without making a mess. These also clean-up beautifully. If you pay attention and use the heat judiciously (and preheat the pan where appropriate) a swipe or 2 with a scotch brite on the inside and bottom works like a charm. I made a risotto from scratch and there was -0- trouble cleaning up. I am stressing that a bit as many will hesitate to buy stainless over non-stick fearing clean-up problems. Bottom line: great set, wish I had found them sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had new cookware in years & what I was using was fairly cheap set. I love these pots & pans. The skillets distribute heat well so everything in the pan cooks evenly. Clean up is a breeze in the pots & pans. I left alfredo noodles in the pot overnight to see how hard they would be to get off the next day. No problem at all, washed right off easy. The bottoms of these pans rest evenly on my flat top stove, some of my other pots don't. The skillets do seem to take longer to heat up than what I'm used to. I look forward to using these for years. I would definitely recommend this set.

I have just purchased these and cannot wait to use them. Kitchen is being renovated so can't use them for another week. Sounds like a big bargain.

I love how my beautiful Pots and Pans are! They are wonderful to cook with, easy to clean and look fabulous!!

It looks beautiful ..but each time I use it it gets burn marks in it then I have to soak in vinegar and clean with baking soda.
