It makes my pizza crust Crisp and also keeps my oven clean from all the drippings when we used to put the pizza directly in the oven on the racks. This pan is very easy to clean and is used a lot in our home. My whole family loves it.

I was so pleased with the quality and performance of Analon's aluminized steel perforated pizza pan! I loved the perforation so that the pizza gets crispy on the bottom and cooks fully. It also helps the pizza to bake a little faster. It is lightweight and makes taking it in and out of the oven or toaster oven so easy. You can serve the pizza to you family on it as well. The pizza does not stick to the pan and the pan is very easy to clean. We have used it several times already and it looks brand new. This is a quality pan that I see using for years to come. Going forward, I won't make pizza without it!
