Whether I'm making pizza crust, flatbreads or calzones, I love how crispy it makes them. My cinnamon rolls and everything else I've baked have turned out beautifully. Anolon Pro-Bake Bakeware Aluminized Steel Perforated 14 Inch Pizza Pan is a high-quality product. Its top qualities include oven-safe capabilities up to 550 degrees F, flat cooking surfaces, rolled rims to prevent warping, durability, heat conduction, and perforations. The golden brown color of my food indicates that it has baked evenly throughout. I would highly recommend this product to all my family and friends. I am approvingly pleased with it. The oven rack no longer gets used for baking pizza on the grate, so it stays cleaner.

I've tried it with frozen pizza, homemade pizza and other frozen food products and the results were always great. It's also decently easy to clean.

It makes my pizza crust Crisp and also keeps my oven clean from all the drippings when we used to put the pizza directly in the oven on the racks. Used it on my frozen pizzas and this is exactly what I needed to help give the bottoms of my pizzas a good even cook so they weren't all doughy. it's also great for making homemade pizza with a crisp bottom on the crust. A 14” pan is perfect size for us. Works perfectly for oven pizza, cooks evenly, and easy to clean. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend in investing in a better one though. This is one that's good if you don't have space for the real deal. for me it does the job.
