Anolon Smart Stack Hard-Anodized Nesting Skillet 8.5-Inch Black

Construction is good in every respect. The only problem is the width is 8.5" but the cooking area is only big enough for one burger or two small eggs at a time. I have another skillet the same size in width that will fry four eggs or two large burgers a time.

I bought two frying pans to cook up my eggs and sausages. I've been looking for non stick pans that work. These are them! Ended up buying a whole set for the lady for Valentines Day, it came with a fry pan so we sent one to her sister. We don't need three. Now she wants a set.

In comparison shopping, this product seemed very reasonably priced, considering the competition. I don't cook professionally, but this seems like a very solid product.

Love all my analon products. Can't wait to buy more. So far I have 4 qt Dutch oven, 8.5” frying pan, chef knife teak tools, and loaf pan pan. Will keep adding to my collection for sure

very well made. if you wish to keep the non-stick surface, nonstick, for a LONG time follow the directions on use to a T.

This pan makes every dish delicious! No wasting of ingredients now because everything cooks just right.

I have used Anolon for the last few years. My 8 inch pan needed an update. I would have given this 5 stars but when I received my pan in the mail, it was dented. I would have sent it back but I really needed this. I can still use it as is.

I love everything about this pan except the handle design. It doesn't hang on a peg unless it is excessively long. My Analon X pan has a handle that works fine so JW why the change.

The pan is smaller than I expected. The food does not slide off easily unless it is fully cooked, so if you are flipping a pancake or making scrambled eggs, it is not non-stick. It does clean up well though.
