Excellent quality and performance
My new Analon Advanced cookware and utensils are excellent. I have owned lots of different cookware over the years, but Analon outperforms everything I have used. Heat distribution is superb, as is the ease of cleaning, and they are extremely well built. I highly recommend them.

I was so excited about my set until I cooked some turnips with my son and it turned green!!!

Discolored first time it was used
The tool seems sturdy and well made but the first time it was used it discolored from turmeric. I tried washing it by hand and then in the dishwasher but it did not remove the discoloration.

Disappointed 😞
I am quite disappointed in the quality of the spatulasn. . after several uses and hand washing only they are starting to fray, like stringy plastic hanging. . . POOR QUALITY
