I purchased these sauté pans at the urging of my husband and I am so glad I did. They are everything they are advertised to be. The one thing I never bargained on, however, was that they don’t splatter much! What a plus. They sear so well, fry an egg splendidly and veggies are a dream. I just ordered the 12.5” and hope it will be just as good. You will not be disappointed.
I've used Analon products for many years and have always found them to be of good quality and long lasting. I wanted to try the newest fry pans with the searing ability. They work just as stated and are very easy to clean if you follow instructions and put hot soapy water in them as soon as you take your food out.
We’ve had our pans for about three weeks and have used each one of them. We’ve used them both on our gas stove and on an induction burner! They are so much lighter and easier to clean than cast-iron. They sear perfectly! Clean up has been a breeze! Though they say that they are dishwasher safe, we are not putting them in the dishwasher!
I use my AnolonX pans anytime I want a good sear on meat. This is the case every time I use sous vide to make steaks, chops, etc where I want a really good, quick sear that provides a nice crust. Most standard non-stick pans can't do this properly, The oil runs to the side on those, but not the AnolonX. And it withstands higher temps making for a good quality sear. I've used these skillets for other things too, and they do just fine. But when I need a good sear, I turn to the AnolonX.
I purchased this set as a gift because I have a similar set that is awesome! This set also did not disappoint; they are high quality, sturdy skillets that are the best non stick skillets I have ever used! They have nice flat, smooth bottoms that are safe to use on any cooktop, even an induction range. In addition, they are attractive cookware, easy to clean, and the inside handle rivets are also flat which adds to ease in cleaning.
We are foodies and cook a lot. After using the new Hybrid Nonstick Frying pans we were incredibly surprised at the sturdiness, ease of use, even cooking surfaces, and lastly the ease of clean up! Wow! Congrats Analon - you moved the needle to an even higher category!
Saw this online, so ok .....give this one a try. Eggs! I need a skillet to fry eggs 🥚 without sticking . Bought another brand , was really disappointed . ( Hex****). I am impressed 👍 with Anolonx. Did my egg test first thing. The oil stays in one spot and doesn't run. Eggs came out perfect! ♥️
We are enjoying the Frying Pans. However, we are missing the 2 piece sure grip tongs and the Sure Grip Spatula/ Spoonula set. They were missing from the unopened, undamaged box. Photos were requested of the packaging, which I sent in, but have yet to get any reply. Making contact with your company is difficult.
I own 2 other Anolon pans and one small sauce pot and I’m pleased with the product performance, however, with these 2 new fry pans (as instructed in the enclosed brochure) will not use any type of cooking spray. I am however experiencing some significant sticking when I have attempted to make omelettes & frittatas. I just don’t know if I should use a thin coat of olive oil or butter. The brochure doesn’t really give me the information I need, and I do not want to compromise the integrity of these pans.
First off I have worked in professional kitchens for over 50 years. I know pots and pans. For a family kitchen these pans are quite nice. But the cooking surface of both pans are small compared to other brand pans of the same size. I had been thinking about buying the 12 inch skillet but now I’m not so sure Also food does stick to these pans so clean up is not as easy as you claim. I’ve only use them a few times and they are already discolored
