8.25" and 10" fry pans

Dpcokely April 15, 2023

Love the pans. Very well constructed and easy to clean. Just wish they came with lids rather than having to purchase the pots or purchase separately from a different source. None of the lids I have for other pots and pans don't fit. Overall it, I'm satisfied.

A Great Pan Especially for Searing

DavidJulian August 8, 2022

I use my AnolonX pans anytime I want a good sear on meat. This is the case every time I use sous vide to make steaks, chops, etc where I want a really good, quick sear that provides a nice crust. Most standard non-stick pans can't do this properly, The oil runs to the side on those, but not the AnolonX. And it withstands higher temps making for a good quality sear. I've used these skillets for other things too, and they do just fine. But when I need a good sear, I turn to the AnolonX.

BEST PANS EVER!

Vroth October 5, 2022

These pans are great for keeping in oil in the center! I was soo tired o rolling my pans back and forth to get oil in the center or use way more that I needed! This pan is soo easy to clean & cooks anything. Browning sausage, steak etc, there’s nothing like it! I’m buying the crepe & 12” next! TY

Solid, heavy, well-built pans.

Glenn August 10, 2021

I'd been looking at the Hexclad pans for months as well as an Analon set of frying pans (which didn't have the stainless steel hi-lo mesh/induction) and so was very pleased to see these on sale. We like them both for how well they are made as well as the searing ability they offer. They do have an engineered "dimple" in the middle of the pans to hold oil there and this is a brilliant solution to having oil run towards the outside. They clean up easily, the eggs don't stick (when you let the pan heat up properly) and they feel very solid in hand. The only thing I could wish for is more coverage up the sides of the stainless steel disk on the bottom, but I know that would make these pans heavier (I have the 12" version of these pans and it is indeed a bit too heavy already). In short, I hope to be cooking with these pans for many years to come.

AnolonX Review

KarlD February 15, 2022

Have had Anolon pans for the last 20 years, recently needed to replace our comely used fry pans. Jumped on the Anolon site and found the AnolonX Pans, the description sound good so we ordered a set. Pans arrived quickly, they were well packaged. Reason for the low rating they are not as easy to clean, things stick to the crosshatch area's of the bottom of the pan, making them harder to clean, because of the additional scrubbing required I fear that they will not last as long as our previous Anolon Pan's.

Scratch proof

Tim Woods May 5, 2023

I think they are acceptable, they are not exactly what I thought they would be or at least what they are advertised to be. I think the fact that they don't scratch is the major thing but food does still stick to the tiny metal edges in there. But overall I will purchase more I just wish the advertising would be more truthful about the food sticking.

None Stick surface does not work.

Ross 305 January 2, 2023

I purchased your pans because of the non-stick surface and the oil stays in the middle of the pan. After using the pans and heating them up I added the cooking oil and tried to cook eggs the eggs stuck to the pan. The non-stick surface does not work everything I cooked stuck to the Pan. Such as eggs, cheese omelet .

AnolonX Use is Limited and Not Exactly Non-Stick

Induction Cooktop October 23, 2021

First, I bought my last set of Anolon cookware 15 years ago and those remain in good condition. Best money I have spent on cook ware. I've been the primary cook in my household for over 20 years. Although I'm not a chef, there isn't too much I can't handle. AnolonX cookware is very well made. My regrets are that I purchased a very expensive set without testing them and these were marketed as "non-stick". These are not non-stick, at least mine are not. I would say the set I received are more difficult to cook with than both cast iron or stainless steel. I was looking for a new non-stick set that I could easily cook eggs/omelets, were easily cleaned, and compatible with my new induction cooktop. I have tried all the tips and varied oil amounts, types, temps, and cook times. If you are cooking delicate foods you have two options, very low heat (10 minutes to cook an egg) or it's going to stick and burn. Unlike conventional non-stick, cast iron or stainless steel pans, where once you release something that is sticking it is released, these pans will stick again and again. Anything more delicate than a piece of chicken will be destroyed. Cleaning after cooking becomes a chore as well, scrubbing the burnt pieces from the small stainless steel slots. I would not recommend these if you are looking for cookware that is non-stick, easy to clean, and compatible with an induction cooktop. If you are looking for pans that will leave a heavy char on a limited variety of foods that you will need to scrub from your pans which are very well made these may be for you.

Not Non-Stick

TGGG February 7, 2022

This is extremely disappointing. I bought these as non-stick for omelets, and despite using natural fat, ghee, olive oil, butter as a lubricant they all stick to these pans. it's well made, but the non-stick factor is remarkably terrible. not at all like previous non-stick analon pans i have purchased.

Very Disappointed

Trey July 31, 2022

I researched and purchased these non stick pans and they are terrible. I cooked an omelet over medium heat and it stuck to the pan and it fell apart. After washing, the egg was stuck in the silver grooves and I cannot get the egg out. I want to return them and get my money back
