I've been very happy with this Anolon X Hybrid Frying Pan Set. The pans heat evenly, work great on my induction cooktop, and the nonstick surface makes cooking and cleanup easy. They feel sturdy and well-made, and the charcoal gray finish looks great in the kitchen. A perfect combination of durability and convenience. Highly recommended!
This is the best set of pan's i have ever owned. I love the way the butter or oil stays in the center of the pan. These pans have some weight to them, and the handles are a perfect length and don't get hot to the touch. You can use metal utensils on these pans cuz they have a grid on the bottom that keeps you from scratching them. I hope to have years of enjoyment cooking with them.
I've used Analon products for many years and have always found them to be of good quality and long lasting. I wanted to try the newest fry pans with the searing ability. They work just as stated and are very easy to clean if you follow instructions and put hot soapy water in them as soon as you take your food out.
Bought the Anolon X 2 pan set. Put through the paces and loving both. Hard sear meats and vegetables without high heat, AND non-stick easy to clean, fantastic. Pan broiled sirloin, Seared skirt steak for fajitas, seared chicken for salads, seared breakfast potatoes and onions. Outstanding pans. Expensive, maybe, but it doesn't cost, it pays. THANKS! Now what we need is an Anolon X flat, square, 11" griddle (note Not a ridged griddle pan but a flat single burner griddle).
Love the pans. Very well constructed and easy to clean. Just wish they came with lids rather than having to purchase the pots or purchase separately from a different source. None of the lids I have for other pots and pans don't fit. Overall it, I'm satisfied.
We are enjoying the Frying Pans. However, we are missing the 2 piece sure grip tongs and the Sure Grip Spatula/ Spoonula set. They were missing from the unopened, undamaged box. Photos were requested of the packaging, which I sent in, but have yet to get any reply. Making contact with your company is difficult.
First attempt at cooking was a disaster, food really stuck. I have electric range so I have learned it really takes a long time to heat up ,and that has helped, I love that oil stays in middle of pan, not in love but like it fine not sure if I’m gonna buy the 12 in pan
First off I have worked in professional kitchens for over 50 years. I know pots and pans. For a family kitchen these pans are quite nice. But the cooking surface of both pans are small compared to other brand pans of the same size. I had been thinking about buying the 12 inch skillet but now I’m not so sure Also food does stick to these pans so clean up is not as easy as you claim. I’ve only use them a few times and they are already discolored
I think they are acceptable, they are not exactly what I thought they would be or at least what they are advertised to be. I think the fact that they don't scratch is the major thing but food does still stick to the tiny metal edges in there. But overall I will purchase more I just wish the advertising would be more truthful about the food sticking.
After purchasing & using these fry pans, and knowing what i know now, i wouldn't have purchased these pans. It's my personal opinion they are very heavy, handles get hot and the food gets stuck in the triangles which are not smooth to the touch. The marketing of the triangle inner bottom is a cooking gimmick. I had two previous sets of Anolon cookware which were very very good, but these are junk and priced way to high, another gimmick....Also, they will not accept returns or exchanges. Another poor issue.
