i bought this device because I want to pastuerize eggs at home to make ice cream, etc. i read that this brand of sous vide machine was a good one. it is great. it works so well. just what I wanted.

I've had the Nano for years, I bought another for a gift. These are way better than the 'smart' ones which end up having many more problems.

I have the unit and it works great so Walmart had it available at a good price. Quick delivery.

The sous vide stick is working perfecty! I've used it so far to make delious yogurt. Both batches have turned out really well.

I had heard for a long time that the best steak you can eat is having one cooked using a precision cooker. my family raises beef for a living in South Dakota. Ive had every steak on the cow, the good ones and the not so good ones. i know beef very well. this was the best steak I've ever eaten. i highly recommend this product. it works amazingly and its a great value for the price. you dont need a fancy bin or a vaccum sealer. put water in a pot, attach your anova to the side of pot, throw the steak in a ziploc bag with a sprig of rosemary. (salt 2 hours prior-dry brine) cook it for 2 hrs at 120. sear and butter baste to your liking and enjoy!!!! your welcome

It seems to be working well but I'm frustrated by the lack of operating instructions. I've never cooked sous vide before and am worried about food safety but the instructions provided were minimal, instead they direct you to a paid app. At this point I'm relying on AI to tell me how to use it. The website is similarly vague about operating this cooking device.

I never received the gift I ordered for my husband for Christmas. :-( Sad I had to tell him, and then go find another from a different store.
