It's sure a lot better than the one before that I had because it's more SIMPLE - I'm 85, and I don't want all the "do-dads" that younger people seem to want - I JUST WANT TO MAKE AND RECEIVE PHONE CALLS!

We had to come back because the battery would not even last one day! They found out the Bluetooth and the internet settings were turned on! They turned it off now works great!

as far as making calls and receiving calls it works good but when it comes to text or voicemails it is very difficult to know to find out what you have and how to retrieve them. Evidently you can not change the alert sound for incoming text or voicemails and the icon to show that you have either one is so tiny you need a magnifying glass to see. also the two buttons on the side of the phone can not be disabled therefore almost every time i open the phone my fingers rest on the buttons changing the volume up and down without knowing so. And whatever screen you were on before you close the phone is were it will be next time you open it. All other phones I ever owned would return to the home screen when closed. Also when you open your contacts and type in a letter to search from you contacts it will bring up every contact that has that letter in the name anywhere, which is very stupid because most every contact will have that letter somewhere in it. example: in contacts you type the letter "D" it will bring up Dr., Buds Dog Groomers, Mark McDonald, if there is a "D" anywhere in their name it brings it up and not in alphabetical order either just random!! If you want a basic talk and text phone this is not the one for you!!!!!

The users guide doesn't address some issues we have had with the phones! One is that we had constant beeping of the phones! The only solution we found was to turn the sound off for the battery recharging and the one for the battery is charged.

Phone is fair at best. We needed a basic phone for our daughter and the features of this phone were lackluster. Perhaps a good phone for an elderly couple on a Consumer Cellular plan. Get what you pay for.

After 3 weeks it started draining batteries. Low in about 4 hours. Was a little warm and I was worried it may cause a fire. Took it back and U.S. Cellular would not take it back after 15 days.

Theres nothing good about this phone. Battery life awful. Hard to hear it ring will the volume maxed out. Messages and notifications confusing to get too and use. Speaker has to be turned on everytime you use it. Cant get a good signal anywhere. Terrible!!

This is a basic phone, but does not hold a charge for long, after one 30 minute phone call, battery is down 30%. Ease of use on menu isn't good for elderly people.

When the phone shuts off I loose my voice mail setting. I was told this was a mfg program error that all these phones have. I can't believe this wasn't fixed

the phone did not get great serice so i had to just disconnect phone i wasted my money
