This mouth guard is a waste of money. It is really large and it's impossible to shape to fit inside the mouth. It goes so far back inside the mouth is triggers the gag reflex each time it's inserted. Buyer beware...it comes with a no return policy which I didn't realize until I tried to start a Walmart return.

Do not buy this product it will not keep you from snoring or give you a good night sleep I recorded myself 4 nights in a row I recorded myself without device I recorded 3 nights with device in and there were no difference I thought at least would make a noticeable difference no it were no change I wonder if all the anti snoring mouthguard products don’t work or if its just this kind idk but I will advise you not to waste your money this or time waiting for it to get here just to find out its crap
