I think this is a decent radio for the price. You would be hard pressed to find a better one for what this costs, which is around $100.

Very well constructed radio, identical to Stryker, but for 30% less. Works as advertised, has SWR protection, and is overengineered. It is unlikely that you can burn this puppy out, no matter what you use for an antenna. For the technically minded, the AM signal does not have serious spurring, as long as you don't overdrive it. You won't be bothering the neighbors1 My only gripe is the lack of SSB, which would have made this a fun 10M rig. Most people who purchase it will modify it, which is in direct violation of FCC rules. Just a caveat to the wise.

This is an excellent AM/FM rig that breaks out from the traditional designs. TFT screen is awesome, excellent NB/ANL, excellent channel rejection, can't say enough great things about it, but SSB would be nice. Rugged chassis design dissipates heat really well, and protects the mainboard. Small form factor makes for easy mounting. PC programming. Options like CTCSS and DCS, make this a very interesting rig to say the least, and this is the best price I've seen!

I'm a radio junkie, I recognize AWSOME radios real quickly...if you're into radio communications (10-11 m) ....all pros....no cons... Price and Shipping were both excellent! Get you one of these....soon.

This hasn't work sense I bought it it's defective I have ask for replacement still waiting all I am asking for is a replacement don't want my money back
