Scheduled a party and pool pump went out a week before party. Walmart was able to get pump here faster than any other company to save pool from turning green before party!!

Perfect replacement motor
This pump was a perfect replacement for our 15 year old pump. The wiring was identical to the original and the instructions were quite clear. The new pump was much quieter and pressure was great. I recommend buying a new gasket where the motor mates to the impeller housing. My original one leaked a good bit no matter how much I tightened the band clamp.

Very bad customer service. This seller lies in his posting. The posting says you can return to the store but the store refused to take it per the seller direction. I contacted the seller to return item not opened and not used but got no response.

Great Price but Damaged
This arrived late and damaged in the FedEx box. Since we absolutely needed a replacement motor we had to make it work, because I tried reaching out multiple times to the seller to exchange the part for one that wasn't damaged or to even accept the damaged one and just get a credit since we had to make the damaged one work, and never got help from the seller. Which is such a shame because it was a great price, and I'm sure they have insurance with FedEx who apparently dropped it!

Disappointed, expected more for A O Smoth / Century. Failed after 4 to 5 months, Not capacitor, no water damage. Spent the money for the name, disappointed.
