I have my lower back pain issue from last 2 months and have seen to doctor and doc reconmended some medicine. However ordered this item as well. i am using it for past few days. its helping me for sure …initially was not excited but now habituated and it helps as well . Its comfort to have it and during movement and giving less pressure to my Sicatic nerves

It supports my waist without making it tired. It is a good experience. It is breathable and not stuffy. I always feel pain from lumbar disc herniation. Now it supports and protects me much better.

I like that it was extra large like I needed. The Velcro is long enough for it to fit up to three XL I would guess. But don't worry the Velcro is not just flapping there if you need extra it's actually Velcro on. It comes through a buckle and then you fold it back on itself that's how it does up for me. It was too stiff. Much too hard. I think I may be returning mine, but I might be a good pic for someone who wants more support. It advertised as breathable, but I didn't find it breathable it's very hard. You can knock on it and hear like a rock.

Sitting in front of the computer for a long time, the waist and back are often sore, with it, can obviously feel the back is held up steadily, the fit is super high, help me to maintain the correct posture, reduce the pressure on the spine

So incredibly stiff. It feels like a wall all the way around your waist and back. There's no flex, no give. Maybe it's a good thing. We'll see.

Size says xxl. Would not fit anyone with a waist larger than 38”
