I've been using the corrector for a week now, and it's made a real difference! It's super comfortable and easy to adjust, and I can feel it gently pulling my shoulders back. My posture has improved, and I'm not slouching as much. Definitely worth trying if you struggle with back pain or slouching!

gives relief to an overworked back with more than 40 years of curvature from the aftermath of scheuermann's disease / kyphosis and arthritis and overall degeneration of the thoracic spine. Help with aches and allowed longer periods of activity. Only issues I'd encountered were that the rods did not go the entire length of the brace, top to bottom, leaving around 4 inches of fabric without bracing making me chose to either push them to top, middle, or bottom?!?!? next was that when I bent over the back of the brace wanted to ride up and popped out of my pants because the bars prevented by back from wanting to bend at the lower lumbar. obvious fix is to unstrap before bending over but then that means not wearing under clothes. so a bit then no access to belt loops or cellphone pouch or any pants pockets when over the clothes. so helps at times but not perfect. My turtle shell hard plastic brace when I was younger was worse in many ways and more painful too but I was able to sit down without it flopping out and up. perhaps if it had straps that wrapped around the legs that prevented the brace from folding upward it could be worn during work and kept on when sitting for a moment then standing back up again without needing to pull down pants to reset each time or go without pockets and cellphone, etc. It works for me though and that's great! My pain and spine doctor was in disbelief when I told him I bought this at this price and didn't need a medical supply store to find it :)

I wanted to find a brace that also assisted with my posture, so I tried this one out. It's been a game changer for me. Much less bulky than some of my other braces. I feel straight and more upright than I have in a long time. Highly recommended!Shipping was fast.

i wear it every shift at healthcare center. lifting and posture , strength, osteoporosis.

It seems to help and is reasonably comfortable to wear. It is a tad difficult to put on with the various Velcro straps clinging where you don't want them. I found the best way to handle this is to have the shoulder straps connected and them slip it on like a backpack.

I ordered an XL according to the sizing chart on the website and measuring my waist size. It arrived way too big! The shoulder straps do not not fit under the shoulders properly and lay on top of the arms, not on the shoulder. The velcro straps are so long they wrap around to my sides. A L or even a M size would have been better. Returning it today!
