This is the one!
I bought about 8 different posture correctors and back braces, and this was the one I kept. I deal with headaches and numbness/tingling from working in front of a computer. On days I wear this for a few hours, I don't get a headache or the arm pain. It keeps my shoulders level and I can feel different muscles engaging. It's easy to put on, and comfortable to wear, and so far seems to be quality-made. For women, it does make your boobs stick out, but I just put a loose jacket or cardigan over the top if I'm at the office, and my coworkers can deal with it. It's well worth not getting a headache every day!
