Aoodor 36" Wood Burning Smokeless Fire Pit Ring, Double-Layer Metal Fire Pit Insert for Backyard Bonfire & Outdoor BBQ

The goal was a smokeless fire pit for the backyard that was large enough to put average sized logs without paying hundreds of dollars. This fire pit ring appears to fill that gap. The metal gauge thickness is thinner than I expected but it has all the smokeless holes pre-drilled into the ring which saved time and installing time was cut significantly as I would have needed to drill the holes manually in a competitors model. Assembly was ok but realized the sequence putting it together needed to be altered so all the bolts/holes lined up once the outer double wall ring was installed. With standard retaining wall blocks the entire diameter is 46". We'll see how long this ring lasts but initially its design impresses.

easy to assemble, good quality

The fire pit is a great value and performs as it should. I'm very happy with the end result. When it arrived however, it was missing the assembly instructions, hardware, and Allen wrench. I was not able to put together. I attempted to reach out to the manufacturer to figure out a solution, but the only way to contact them was through email and it took about a day to get a response and I unfortunately was needing it assembled right away for a gift. I looked for reviews of the same product on other sale platforms and found a picture someone posted in a review of the assembly instructions and that it should have come with 64 screws and 16 nuts so I used that information to purchase the missing hardware. Customer service later worked with me to find a satisfactory resolution.
