Well packed, ordered 2 units Fedex Delivered 11am Fantastic service…. Units easy to assemble instructions were great, batteries were fully charged and read to use. Dual Charger is great, red during charging and green when fully charged. The unit is really designed well and solid construction. Shoot deflector easy to use control. I'm really impressed how well these work, used on a Sloped bathtub roof 10' x 28' with one drain with a 3' retaining wall on three sides 6” snow fall. Unit works fantastic rather than shoveling by hand I highly recommend this product %26 Walmart!

Easy to use to make a path. I've used it 2 times now before having to charge the batteries. It hasn't run out of juice yet, but I'm charging the batteries just to be on the safe side - and ready for the next snow event.

It comes with all the things it says it does the job but if the snow has been walked On it takes 5 passes and a bit of kicking but it better then shoveling, it gets the job done. It has a little turn switch in the front that you can adjust to throw the snow on both sides, it being cordless makes it easy to use down a long pathway.

This snow thrower handle cannot not be adjusted to my height. Since you have angle the front of the snow thrower down toward surface, the handle is too high(53" tall) to hold up. The blower works well if you are much taller. I returned it without any issues and ordered another one that has shaft handle which is much shorter and has wheels.

wish it had an adjustable angle/shield on the top for the snow flying back in your face. And everything is obviously made of plastic which i doubt is gonna hold up in hold weather which we all know with these temps and snow its gonna crack and break. My item also showed up with a dented handle.

Handle arrived bent. Could not return it because I didn't open it right away. Other than that it's okay

total junk!! Do not buy!! It only snowed 4 inches. What little bit it threw, only went about 2 ft. Mostly it just pushed it all into a pile and got clogged. i used it for about 10 ft then gave up and got my regular shovel. It took 5 times the work. save your money

I'd give it no stars if it was possible. It's supposed to throw the snow 15 to 20 feet. It threw it 2 maybe 3 feet. Super lite snow. The heavier snow just shuts it down, and I'm not talking about crusted over snow, just fresh wet snow. None of it was more than 3 or 4 inches. Way too heavy, total junk. So disappointed.

The snow shovel looks awesome, but the battery charger is cracked with a pretty good hole. Not happy at all.
