Good alternative to Methyl B forms
An excellent alternative to methyl forms of vitamin B12 for those who don't do well with methylated vitamins. Easy to use, dissolves fairly quickly and tastes vaguely fruit like.

Minor Anxiety
I order this due to I have no luck with Methylcobalamin. but after 1 week of taking small dose of this hydroxy, weird symptoms shows. shortness of breathe and feeling anxiety or faint. this is slightly less intense from methylcobalamin but enough for me to feel the panicky feeling. so I'm not suitable... I wish I can return this. I'm glad and happy for those who are able to take this without side effect. Good luck. thank you
