Chair looks as shown, it's a nice design. The cushioning is firm, great for back support. The assembly went well until I had to attach the top of the Chair to the bottom half. They say to attach the back bracket to the top of the chait first but that didn't work for me. Attaching it to the base & then fastening the top was easier.

So, great trailer, very strong and sturdy. I used it weekly for groceries and laundry, unfortunately the inner latch that connects the trailer to the hitch on the seat post was able to grind down and caused the latch to fail easily with a good shake. I found this out as I was crossing an intersection, the trailer came off in the middle of the intersection. I'm sure you could imagine my feeling of terror, having to run through traffic to get it... if there is an ability to get a warranty, I HIGLY RECOMMEND IT! I don't know how I would go at fixing it, so it is just gonna be used as a wheel barrow from now on.

I bought my chair online as I was in the of a new one. After assembly I started to notice flaws in the design of the chair. The seat cushion isn't well padded, the arms of the chair loosen after an hour of tightening, the chairs seat started to squeak a week after assembly, the recliner doesn't go straight up but always has a recline to it. I'm not happy with the chair.
