Works great but arrived damaged. It was the top that had a dent and was the last part in the box. Unfortunately the manufacturer will not send replacement parts so your only option is to disassemble the grill and return it if you find damage. In my case they offered me a $50crefit to keep it which I did.

When we received the firepit the package was damaged and the one side of the firepit table had a dent and the other side was scrathed. Walmart credited me $40 for damages. Otherwise works great looks nice.

After HOURS of building we we found out that the Flame wouldn't stay lit. I highly recommend hooking up the middle fire piece to your propane tank before building the table as we got 2 with this issue. Even the handy ones who thought they could fix it couldn't and e-mails from vendor were not responded to. Return/credit was handled so no fear there

Table is beautiful and easy to put together. I got mine all set up and then it wouldn't stay lit. The table would light but as soon as you stop holding in the dial to light it and adjust the flame, it goes out. I tried to contact the company multiple times both through Walmart and directly with no response. I even purchased the protection plan, and that was useless too because it was under a year and they said to contact the manufacturer. I told them I tried and they had no idea which direction to turn, j talked to about 7463366 people at the protection agency who all sounded very confident in their ability to help and then ended up transferring me. Walmart customer service was eventually very reasonable and helpful to make it right, but I still have a broken table.

the only issue i had was where the welds in the corner of the grill are located. it is not smooth, looks kinda bad. other than that issue, im enjoying the firepit

Bought it through walmart.com. After long assembly (every part is separate in the box) gas flow wouldn't stay on unless you kept the button pushed with your hand. Well, that happens. Vendor took long time to reply, finally asked for pictures or video. After I sent them what they needed they stopped replying. Return was even worse. I took it to the store as is and they said I need to put it back the way it was. Luckily I didn't throw the box away. I get this is walmart's policy but it's very frustrating and buying through them is useless because you don't get the refund right away (again, since you bought it through walmart, not from walmart) and if vendor decides you didn't ship it back right, or item got damaged, they will refuse the refund and now you need to deal with some vendor you can't even contact. I guess walmart is trying to compete with amazon, but didn't execute this process right. I won't be buying from walmart.com again.

customer service is horrible. Multiple attempts to reach and correspond with seller as the line connecting from the propane to the actual frame has a leak. Sent pictures and send multiple emails but never received response. I have not been able to use this firepit table.

Put the fire pit together and its not working. Called the number on the ignitor face and no luck in reaching anyone. Sent an email with hope some would respond. There should be a 24 hour customer line. In not a happy camper. Husband said you can't smell the gas or hear it at all, which means it's not feeding to the guard to ignite.

Item was scratched during assembly and spray painted over. The scratches are located on the top and visible. Drawer does not shut, the copper lines are kinked, hooked it up and it won't even light! Company does not respond to emails and has no phone number to contact them.

wont stay lit when u release the light ignition button after purchasing a new copper wire as 1 that it came with appeared bent, maybe stopping propane to getting through?
