If you can live with no 30A output connector and only one L5-20R, this may be your best choice of 2kVA UPSes. A connector for external, extended run battery packs and a pre-installed Network Management Card are just a couple of worthwhile features that are not available on some other models.
We've been deploying these through a customers site over the past year and have been very happy with the reliability. The customer is happy with the price point and security.
Took three chat sessions to find out we had the wrong cable (the wrong cable previously recommended by abc) to do initial setup. NO documentation on initial soft config (ie setting IP, etc)
