Great replacement battery
After installing battery and fully charging I connected my devices and now am secure in the knowledge that my devices will stay on even when the power goes out.

Great replacement battery for backup unit
The battery of my APC backup unit died. This battery from Walmart fits perfectly and was installed easily. Cost was almost 40% less than OEM battery replacement. With 2 day delivery, my backup unit was back in service in 2 days!

AI problem response is ridiculous
So, I am notified the package was delivered at 11:56 am. Checked entire property. Nope, no package anywhere. Thinking WalMart is a responsible store and being a WalMart customer I felt confident I would get some assistance. Well, guess what. Some idiot AI answered and basically didn't know anything other than basically I feel your frustration, no there is no manager or supervisor you can talk with, i (the AI) will let WalMart know and finally the real kicker, the item is not eligible for refund or replacement. I knew I should have used Amazon. Hoping a neighbor has it.
