APEC FILTER-MAX-ESPH 75 GPD Complete Replacement Filter Set for ESSENCE Series Alkaline Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System

I bought my APEC ROEssence 75 system for myself a year and a half ago. I am a single, active female who drinks a lot of water. I absolutely love my system and installed, uninstalled, moved and re-installed it myself twice in the past two years. I tell everyone about how much i love my system every time I have a house guest. It is soooo much more economic and sustainable than bottled water. It has definitely paid for itself twice over already. I love it!!!!

Purchased this system a year ago and have been very pleased. Just purchased the replacement cartridge filters for scheduled change out. A great option for good tasting drinking/cooking water ( much better than most bottled water) especially if you have a well with high mineral content

We just moved into this house and are changing all filters to insure we are good. We found info on this water system on the unit itself, which is at least 10 years old. We Googled the company and the RO system we have and were able to find the filters with no problem. The replacement filters were sent with no problems, we installed and are now good with the system until it is time to replace the filters again.

I bought this system on a budget for a renovation of a condo I bought. It had the best reviews on the internet. I didn't change the filters for almost 5 years! The product still performed great for all five years (slower flow eventually). Just changed everything out and the filters were amazing. Never felt a compromise in water quality for all five years. Now that we've changed them, flow is terrific and so much faster. Thanks for producing such a great product. Change of filters was easy. Videos online are helpful. Customer service is great.

Although it was a bit of a struggle for me to change my filters, it's because it was my first time changing ALL of them , and there is always a learning curve, but, all in all they are very straight forward and really easy in as far as opening the holders, ect....and, of course, the water tastes great!

We've had our system for six years. With normal filter changes yearly and all six stages changed every three years, we have had safe, inexpensive and tasty water. Occasionally I will taste our unfiltered water just to remind myself how bad it tasted. We tend to drink a lot more water now that it is palatable.

I cannot imagine not having my APEC filter. The water here in Bergen County NJ is dubious. I feel safe in knowing my filter provides me clean and delicious water. It is the only filter to not only remove impurities but improves the taste of the otherwise nasty tasting water here.

5 stars is reserved for the model with the electronic pump. This is a solid piece of equipment. The only thing that I would advise against is that in the instructions it says that the tank should empty in 10 minutes, and that you only need to flush 1 tank. That is just patently false, you likely need to use a bike pump to force all of the water out, and then do that like 3 times. So really you need to flush your system about 3 times which when waiting for the tank to refill should take you like ~9 hours.

I can only say these things are so hard to change out. I did not get a wrench with the first order to take out the canisters and trust me, it took some creative tooling to get them out. I still have not replace one on the top as it is just not coming loose even with the silly wrench provided. I like the clean water but don't like having to change the filters out.
