APEC ROCT-PLUS Countertop Reverse Osmosis System, Efficient RO Filter 3:1 Pure/Drain, Instant Hot Water, UV Filtration

Quick and easy setup, reliable operation, great tasting water! For years we relied on an APEC under sink, 4-stage RO system to furnish drinking water from our well at home. Since retiring and moving into our apartment a couple of months ago, we now rely on an APEC ROCT-PLUS countertop and continue to be very pleased with its exceptional performance both in terms of output volume and taste. Plus, the on-demand heated water feature means there's water instantly available for a spot of hot tea or cup of instant joe at the touch of a button. WOW!

I have had many RO units in the past. This one is extremely convenient and easy to use!

Had no idea I could get a filter with hot water dispensing, literally life changing. I love drinking tea and this makes it so much easier <3

I'm glad I bought this unit as it is a real step up in convenience from my RO-CTOP that I used for years. My only gripe is that the manual isn't great (some functions do not work as described) and the friendly company that used to be so easy to get on the phone, and so helpful, has been replaced by an unhelpful chat bot.

The unit is compact and fit well in my kitchen. The hot function has 2 buttons which for custom temperature (4 levels) and for boiling. The water comes out clear and no taste comparing to my tap water (usually slighly smell and taste like metal and change the color of green tea and bluebutterfly flower tea).

Simple to operate. Gave it 4 stars because I would like to see the actual output TDS reading instead of the water temperature

Love that there is instant hot and room temp water but water takes forever to dispense.

The flushing function doesnt work. This means you have to remove the reservoir daily to empty it. After two months the resvoir began leaking.

Received an item in the mail that was wet with dirty fingerprints all over the front. It was clearly a used item. The seller was unresponsive/ unreachable though I attempted to reach out multiple times over the span of a week / through Walmart customer agents as well

This water filter is a one time purchase because the replacement filters are never in stock
