APEC water RO-Hi has exceeded my expectations in performance and build quality. Water tastes fresh, pure and crisp. Installation was seamless due to premium material and perfectly fitting parts. I have gone through 3-4 RO filtration systems. Main issue has been longevity and built quality with my previous ROs. I had to dispose of my old ROs due to part failure and fractured parts during filter change. Never had this issue with APEC RO-Hi system thanks to its rigid frame and premium parts. I can confidently say that APEC is my water filtration company of choice for life.

Purchased the RO-PERM - Ultimate Permate Pumped RO System (RO-PERM-39) for low pressure homes. My well water pressure into the house was at 45 PSI, so I researched for water treatment solutions. Everything pointed to the APEC RO systems. Upgraded to the quick dispense 3/8" output, upgraded faucet (UG-FAUCET-CD-NP), PHP + (UG-PHPLUSKIT), Ice Maker kit (UG-ICEMAKER-KIT) and UV Light (UG-UVSET). Installation went smoothly and instructions were excellent. While the initial cost is more than I had planned to spend, the first drink of water (after letting it run for 5 minutes to clean out the filters) made it clear that this was well worth it. Get the 3/8" output upgrade, you'll be glad you did.

I bought the complete filters for the whole house 3 years ago, and I must say it is one of the best spend I have made so far. The tap water over the entire house is springlike, and the reverse osmosis filters for drinking water has an even better taste than spring water. Knowing the water threats that are gliding over our heads, those filters offer a great safety, offering the guarantee we will not be hit by new pollutants injected in our home, and offering peace of mind. Additionally, the water being pure, our bodies shows how beneficial those filters are.

Ran the RO-90 for about 4 years. But, when APEC came out with the RO-Hi so knew I needed to get the upgrade, and I wasn't disappointed. The 3/8” tubing really makes a difference. Not only does it keep up with our drinking water needs, I also run our Ice maker off the RO system. Love this product.

Have had this system for years, it IS the BEST! Customer service is also outstanding! I highly recommend this product and company! Top of the line in all areas of excellence!

All is well and GREAT!! I'm not sure I have the stage 5 filter going in the right direction considering the picture in the instructions??? I replaced it in the same direction as the one I removed. Seems to be working?!?!

We installed the RO 90 over 10 years ago. We have it plumbed into our ice maker, kitchen and bath for easy access for drinking water and cooking use. It is nice to have all the filters needed in one package.

I have had this system for a year now and love how easy it was to install and then replace filters. We love the water as well. Use it for all drinks, ice and cooking.

Maybe your phone help was so good that nothing could live up to that. Used to call and person on phone would look me up and tell me what to order. The ai did nothing for me. I just went and bought what I thought I needed. The uv bulb does not fit. 2 stars because I like the product, but hate the ai and I got the wrong part.
