Apex Extra Large Roof Cargo Bag with Self-Sealing Zipper and Flap Cover, 19.6 Cubic Feet

We needed the extra space for an 1100 mile trip to our Colorado home for a family Christmas. It rained the whole trip, not any water problems. We decided to buy another one for the top.

Attached securely and easily to xterra tube racks. I read about the self repairing zippers and thought I wouldn't need them or thought it was nonsense but I got a bot overzealous zipping an incongruous set of boxes and a normal zipper would have failed. It repaired itself and was water tight. Highly recommend!

We bought this model because it was long enough to fit our canopy we take camping. It was large enough to fit our canopy, tent, air bed, two air mattresses, four camping chairs, bedding, and various other small items to fill in the spaces. It is easy to tie down to our roof racks. We used this on a Jeep Patriot.

We've only used it one time so far, but it was easy to use and held more than we expected. We look forward to many more road trips with this cargo bag.

Bigger than expected. Fits perfectly. Great solution for large family and dogs to carry everything needed.

The material used in making this is sturdy and tough. The waterproof layer works well and im hoping to get many years of use out of this roofbag.

Haven't used it yet using it for trip

So happy that it was 100% waterproof for our 900 mile trip. Only reason a star is missing is because we didn't receive the bag pictured. The one we received was a different brand and did not have the front and back buckles, only the side buckles. I didn't feel 100% confident in the side buckles only, so we threw a ratchet strap on for extra help and it held up great. Just wish they would ahow what you actually get.

It was easy to load and attach however on our way home we hit a lot of rain ana all of our cloth bags and souvenirs were wet.

Very fast shipping, however the bag slightly melted in two areas in contact with the aluminum cargo carrier. Also the straps are not nearly long enough for proper securing. Upon contacting the vendor, I was told no returns are allowed on an item that can't be resold even within 30 days of purchase. On a positive note, it is definitely waterproof.
