These are so perfect for coolers or even put them in your outdoor walking routine.I like to zoom on my wrist and my ankles.I can take some out if they seem like they're way too much.But i've been using the five whole pounds on each one.They are helping my kids even like to use them.They're very easy to put on.They don't slip off very easy.And they're actually helping, so I do recommend these. ohh, and they are comfortable to wear.Also, they're not uncomfortable.They don't scratch, you or have any like irrital pieces that are gonna poke you or anything like that.

Oh my gosh, I LOVE these weights! I've been looking for heavier ankle and wrist weights for a while, and most of the ones I find are only around 1–2 pounds per weight. These go all the way up to 5 pounds each, or 10 pounds for the pair. Even better, they're adjustable. Each weight has five individual 1-pound inserts that slide into separate pockets, so I don't have to start at the full 5 pounds. I can remove inserts and adjust the weight as needed, then gradually add more as I get stronger. That's exactly what I was looking for. They also look really nice. I got the pastel blue, which is actually a beautiful soft blue-green in person, and the material feels nice and durable. I'm also really happy with the fit. The straps hold them securely on both my wrists and ankles, and they're generously sized. As a plus-size woman, I sometimes wonder whether wearable fitness products will actually fit me comfortably, and I had absolutely no problem with these. I'm so excited to have weights that I can start lighter with and continue using as I build strength instead of quickly outgrowing them. These are exactly what I was hoping to find!

These weights are nice and heavy-duty not flimsy or light weighed. They are made out of a soft material where it won't irritate skin. There is a strip of wde velcro that is sewn across the width of the outside so you can adjust the fit. The wrap is made with pocketed individual slots and inside is removable small sand filled bags to adjust the weight of the belts. I like the idea of being able to remove some of the weighs to start out light and work up.

I really enjoy these! They're a fantastic way to gradually build up to heavier, more challenging weights. I use them for workouts, but I also love wearing them around the house for chores. Just a heads-up, if you have smaller features, the band might be slightly larger than usual on you. However, they work perfectly for me. They're easy to use, and the fit is great. Plus, the adjustable weight is perfect for beginners who want to add extra weight to their workouts or chores. You can have 1 pound or start at the top with 5 your choice with ease of use and quick choice for added effectiveness for low intensity workouts.

Totally love these ankle weights, My orthopedic surgeon told me to get the 1 to 5 lb adjustable ankle weights and start doing exercises with them. At first I wasn't too keen on the idea but these are great. They were meant to do assorted strength exercises on my legs but the first thing I did was strap them on my ankles and walk around with them for a few days. Then I started wearing them to do chores and then I started walking outside. They work wonders and I got my leg strength back in no time. The material is very soft and you can change the amount of weight you are carrying from 1 lb up to 5 lbs. Each pocketed compartments holds a one pound weight which can be removed to carry a lighter load. The velcro is excellent and there is flap at one end so you never feel the velcro against your skin. I haven't even started working my arms but I can't wait!

These ankle weights are awesome and I am so happy with my purchase! They are very simple to put on - just wrap it around your ankle (or your wrist or bicep), and attach the Velcro. It's that simple. I love that they are easily adjustable and you can vary the weight from just the weight of the strap if you don't have any of the sandbags in the openings, or from 1-5 pounds depending on the number of sandbags you use. The sandbags are easy to take in and out and the sand does not leak.

these are very good if you just need a light amount of weight around your ankle or in my case stump of my right leg very adjustable very secure and definitely worth the money

These look crazy, I got them for my husband. He's very pleased with the look and sturdy weight distribution over his wrist. I appreciate the material, so he doesn't scratch me when he's wearing them.

Love that you can use them on the wrists or ankles. On the wrists it is better than dumbbells and bands because of far netter movement. It didn't get a 5-star because the strap and Velcro closure needs to be better to not have the device mover at all.

I'm really happy with the APEXUP Adjustable Ankle Weights. They're comfortable, well-made, and easy to adjust depending on the workout. The fit feels secure without being overly tight, and they stay in place well while walking, doing leg exercises, or working out at home. I especially like being able to change the amount of weight as needed, which makes them useful for different exercises and fitness levels. The material feels durable, the straps are sturdy, and the overall design is much more comfortable than some ankle weights I've used in the past. The downside is are bulky and not very attractive. Hopefully they will step up my workout. They're a simple way to add extra resistance to a workout without needing additional equipment. Definitely a good value and a product I would recommend.
