Just perfect for you birdlovers!
The Allied Precision Deluxe Bath Heater and De-icer has worked very well during cold spells where the temps have fallen to and held in the 20s F over an extended period of time. Just make sure, though, that you also order the Lockndry extension cord (recommended by the manufacturer of the heater) when you order the heating device itself; otherwise, you will have to find the Lockndry cord in your area, which I could not. So, I had to order the Lockndry extension cord online, which of course added another week until I could make use of the heater.

So far. Fabulous
Now Ive only had this about a week but am very impressed with it so far. It has handled temps down to 25 degrees and more than 10 inches of snow. I have had a few heaters and none of the others could ever do this. Not even new right out of the box. Now if it will last a few years Ill love it.

Works well even in extreme cold.
Have had it for two months in Minnesota, and it has kept my bird bath open in all kinds of weather, including today, when the air temperature was down to 13 degrees below zero. The water temperature is 45 degrees.

Made in the USA
Great Product, It is made in the USA. This heater for the bird bath has a 10 foot cord. I will most likely buy another one to have a spare or put another bird bath out for the winter.

Works Great!
This works just as advertised! I had to wait until we had some days in the 20's but the birds are loving that there is still drinkable water and I'm very happy that the thermostat works and that most of the time it's not costing me anything.

Great product.
We have had great success with this bird bath heater. Our birds love having easy access to water during even the coldest days, even 30+ degrees below zero. Great product!

Just had it for 1 week, temperatures have been in 20s, no ice, bird bath has as many as 5 birds at a time using it.
