It works perfectly. I wish the thermostat was set manually.

Does the job well but if you don't warm it in doors and it is very difficult to UN-spiral to lay out from faucet to where you want the water to go. Case in point my wife did me a favor and put the hose in the cow barn (unheated) instead of bringing in to the warm house . It is so heavy and sturdy It currently looks like a stretched orange slinky across the barn from the well hole to the cows water tank. It has not frozen yet, with below zero degrees F many nights. The temp control is hidden well and nothing is exposed on the delivery end. Which is good, I bought this one because last years steers chewed the end off the last one that had exterior temperature sensor on delivery end and they chewed it off when the hose was left in the tank after watering. Cows are curious and will chew on anything.(everything)

Had 17 degree weather and no frozen hose. Works as it should. The only complaints are that it spits water at the end due to the heating element which will get all over you if you don't hold it away from your body while using it.
